Preparation:
Before starting the installation, some preparatory work is required. First, measure and mark out the area where the 656 /868 wire fence will be installed. Make sure to clear the ground and remove any obstructions such as branches or weeds. Then, determine the materials and tools you'll need, including wire mesh rolls, stanchions, clips, hammers, pliers, rulers, and levels.
Install the struts:
Installing the posts is the first step in installing 656 /868 wire fence. Dig holes at proper spacing on the boundary line, to a depth of about 1/3 to 1/2 the length of a pillar. Place the pillars into the holes and make sure they are plumb and level. Use a level for calibration and add lime or concrete to stabilize the posts if needed.
Install barbed wire:
When installing barbed wire, it needs to be unrolled and fixed to the pillars. Unwind the roll of wire mesh and pull it taut along the height of the post. Use clips to secure the 656 /868 wire fence to the posts, making sure to do so at intervals for stability. Use pliers to trim off excess wire and make sure the wire is completely level.
Barbed wire connection and detail treatment:
After the barbed wire is installed, the connections and details need to be dealt with. Connect the ends of the 656 /868 wire fence together using connecting clips, making sure the connection is tight and secure. Check the stability of the entire 656 /868 wire fence and repair any loose sections. Where required, top beams or top beams can be installed to enhance the structural stability of the fence.
The above are the basic steps to install 656 /868 wire fence. Be careful when performing each step. If needed, seek professional help or consultation to ensure the installation process is done correctly. After installation, check the stability and appearance of the fence, and make necessary adjustments and maintenance to ensure its long-term use and safety.
